Baseball Recap: Calvary Day Beats Desert Oasis for Their Seventh Straight Victory

Calvary Day had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.2 runs) and they went ahead and made it seven on Monday. They blew past the Desert Oasis Diamondbacks 12-5. Considering the Cavaliers have won seven contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Dalton Kelley, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Sam Renshaw also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Kelley wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Calvary Day kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in April of 2024.
