Soccer Game Preview: Denmark vs. North Atlanta

Denmark will head out to face off against the North Atlanta Warriors at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Denmark is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.

Denmark proved they can win big on Friday (they won by eight) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. Their defense stepped up to hand North Cobb a 1-0 shutout.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask North Atlanta). They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over West Forsyth on Monday. It was an even better day for Max Rode as he scored three goals for his team.

North Atlanta has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those six games. Denmark pushed their record up to 9-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
