            It was a proper cat-fight when Blue Springs South challenged Smith-Cotton on Friday. The Jaguars were the clear victors by  a  14-1 margin over the Tigers. The  win continues a trend for the Jaguars in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won four in a row.

Blue Springs South got a  massive  performance out of  Kaitlyn Gillen, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and two  runs. The dominant performance also gave  Gillen a new career-high in  doubles (two).  Riley Hollister was another key player,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run, three  runs,  and two  RBI.
