Lawrence came tearing into Thursday's game with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the Mount View Mustangs. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered an 8-7 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Lawrence's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Mount View, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Lawrence will head out to square off against Nokomis at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
