On Thursday, everything went the Lindhurst Blazers's way against the Rio Vista Rams as the Lindhurst Blazers made off with a 5-1 win. Genesis Ruiz was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Lindhurst has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 39 goals over those six matchups. As for Rio Vista, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Lindhurst wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 6-0 victory against Woodland Christian on the 17th. Rio Vista has also already played their next contest, a 6-1 win against San Juan on the 17th.
