The Conestoga Christian Cougars lost against the Mount Calvary Christian Chargers back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Conestoga Christian was outmatched by Mount Calvary Christian on the road and fell 50-21. Conestoga Christian has not had much luck with Mount Calvary Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Mount Calvary Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Clara Webb, who scored 14 points along with six steals. Webb hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Kylie Masters, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten steals.
Conestoga Christian's loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Mount Calvary Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.
Conestoga Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mount Calvary Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Covenant Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. Hopefully Mount Calvary Christian is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Covenant Christian Academy in Pennsylvania (Mount Calvary Christian is ranked 267th, while Covenant Christian Academy is ranked 537th).
