Soccer Game Preview: Mission San Jose vs. James Logan

Mission San Jose hasn't had much luck against James Logan recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Mission San Jose Warriors will head out to take on the James Logan Colts at 6:00 p.m.

Mission San Jose is headed into Tuesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Thursday. They came up short against Moreau Catholic, falling 5-0.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask James Logan). Their defense stepped up to hand Irvington a 14-0 shutout on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Colts, who have now won six games by three goals or more so far this season.

James Logan is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those four matches. As for Mission San Jose, their loss dropped their record down to 2-9-1.
