Carroll had won three straight on the road, but  on Friday they bumped up to 3-2 to make it four. They took down the Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees 28-14. That 14 point margin sets a new team best for the Tigers this season.
 Seth Neatherlin threw for 120 yards and one  touchdown while completing 87.5% of his passes.   Braylen Swanson was his top target, picking up 120 receiving yards.  On the ground,  Jesse Garcia rushed for 58 yards.
Having lost for the first time  this season, Tuloso-Midway  fell to 4-1. The  game marked their lowest-scoring  contest so far this season.
 Several Warriors & Cherokees players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Damian Figueroa, who rushed for 187 yards and one  TD. Figueroa is  crushing it when it comes to  rushing yards: he's   rushed for at least 110 every time he's  taken the field this season. Another player making a difference was  Jace Arriaga, who rushed for 73 yards on only seven carries.
 Carroll has already played their next matchup,  a  64-14  win against King on the 3rd. As for Tuloso-Midway, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  contest,  a  28-7  victory against Alice on the 3rd.
