Softball Recap: West Forsyth Comes Up Short

If West Forsyth was riding high fresh off their 14-6 takedown of Sequoyah last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolverines fell 7-2 to Denmark on Tuesday. The Wolverines have struggled against Denmark recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Sara Coleman was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

West Forsyth's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Denmark, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-2.

While West Forsyth had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
