Soccer Recap: Providence Comes Up Short

Providence was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Polytechnic Panthers. If the Pioneers were looking for revenge after losing 5-0 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Providence now has a losing record at 4-5-1. As for Polytechnic, their win bumped their record up to 4-2-1.

Providence will host Westridge at 3:10 p.m. on Wednesday. Providence is facing Westridge at the right time seeing as Westridge is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Polytechnic, they are taking a road trip to take on Chadwick at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
