This season hasn't been kind to The Christian Academy, who are still winless after their sixth game. They opened the new year with a less-than-successful 30-18 loss to Calvary Christian Academy. The Christian Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Calvary Christian Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.
The Christian Academy's loss on Friday came despite strong showings from Dami Adedipe and Anna Justus. Adedipe scored eight points, while Justus scored eight points. Justus scored a full 44.4% of The Christian Academy's points, the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
The Christian Academy's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 0-6. As for Calvary Christian Academy, the win got them back to even at 6-6.
The Christian Academy will be playing at home against Jenkintown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Calvary Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Upper Bucks Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
