Football Recap: Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama's game on Friday was all tied up 14-14 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 21-14 to the Salamanca Warriors. The Wolfpack were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

Carson White threw for 116 yards on 13 of 26 attempts. Kameron Einink was his top target, picking up 49 receiving yards. On the ground, Sawyer Whitney rushed for 74 yards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama fell to 2-1. As for Salamanca, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Clymer Central/Sherman/Panama will challenge rival Chautauqua Lake/Westfield/Brocton at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Salamanca is set to face off against their familiar foe Falconer/Cassadaga Valley/Maple Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
