Big game from Weede as Mt. Carmel won 62-24
Grace Weede was a major factor in Mt. Carmel's victory over the Golden Eagles on Wednesday. Weede was dialed in and scored 11 points along with eight steals. She played a big game the last time she faced San Pasqual, so the team probably should've seen her coming.
Weede and Mt. Carmel will be playing at home against the Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will pit Weede up against Ramona's star point guard Victoria Padilla-Carr. Will Weede turn in another gem to overcome Mt. Carmel? We'll have our answer very soon.
