Softball Recap: Winder-Barrow Comes Up Short

After flying high against Apalachee on Tuesday, Winder-Barrow came back down to earth. The Bulldoggs fell just short of the Bethlehem Christian Academy Knights by a score of 10-9 on Thursday. The Bulldoggs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Knights earlier this season, when they won 17-1.

Winder-Barrow's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Bethlehem Christian Academy, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Winder-Barrow will venture away from home to face off against Alcovy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bethlehem Christian Academy, they will challenge Loganville Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
