Basketball Recap: Leah Sasaki Key Part of Team Effort in Huskies Win

The Rolling Hills Prep Huskies beat the Bishop Montgomery Knights 47-37 on Tuesday. Given the Huskies' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 119th, while the Knights are ranked 415th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Rolling Hills Prep's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Leah Sasaki, who went 5-for-11 en route to 13 points and three steals. Regan Enright also deserves some recognition as she posted her first block of the season.

Rolling Hills Prep is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Bishop Montgomery, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-7.
