Basketball Recap: Albert Gallatin Comes Up Short

Albert Gallatin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 48-43 heartbreaker at the hands of the Trinity Hillers. While losing is never fun, the Colonials can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 364th, while the Hillers are ranked 100th).

Albert Gallatin's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Trinity, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Albert Gallatin will challenge Brownsville at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Trinity, they will be playing at home against Uniontown at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Trinity is facing Uniontown at the right time seeing as Uniontown is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
