The Bloomingdale Bulls will take on the Strawberry Crest Chargers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bloomingdale will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
Bloomingdale is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They were the clear victors by a 15-2 margin over Berkeley Prep on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Bulls, who have now won seven games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Natalie Cable made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out 11 batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in nine consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one home run, seven RBI, and two runs. Those seven RBI gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Arianna Cerezo was incredible, scoring three runs while going 4-for-4. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. Sailor Quave was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.
Bloomingdale kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, Strawberry Crest came up short against Wharton on Monday and fell 5-1. That's two games in a row now that the Chargers have lost by exactly four runs.
Strawberry Crest saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lola Coole, who went 2-for-4 with one RBI.
Bloomingdale pushed their record up to 10-4 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Strawberry Crest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-8.
Strawberry Crest's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Bloomingdale has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.8 hits per game. It's a different story for Strawberry Crest, though, as they've been averaging 8.7 hits. Given Bloomingdale's sizable advantage in that area, Strawberry Crest will need to find a way to close that gap.
Bloomingdale took their victory against Strawberry Crest when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 17-7. Does Bloomingdale have another victory up their sleeve, or will Strawberry Crest turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
