It was a good run, but South Effingham unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Friday. They fell 4-2 to the Greenbrier Wolfpack.

South Effingham's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Greenbrier, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

South Effingham will take on Savannah Arts Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Greenbrier, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Evans on the 16th.
