Volleyball Recap: The King's Academy Gets the Win

The King's Academy saw some tournament action on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Tennessee Vikings 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Hailey Landrum was nothing short of spectacular: she had 23 digs. That's the most digs she has posted since back in September of 2024.

Despite the defeat, Tennessee had strong showings from Addyson Gentry, who had 14 digs and three assists, and Camden Ward, who had 11 digs.

The King's Academy's victory bumped their record up to 23-6. As for Tennessee, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-6.

The King's Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Mount Pisgah Christian on the 13th. As for Tennessee, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Virginia High on the 15th.
