Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Hamilton walked away with it. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Granada Hills Charter Highlanders 73-32. The win was familiar territory for the Yankees, who have now won 17 matchups in a row.

It was another big night for Kinidi Curl, who almost dropped a double-double with 30 points and nine assists. The contest was her sixth in a row with at least 17 points. Jade Fort was another key player, putting up 18 points.

When it comes to explaining why Granada Hills Charter lost, don't look at Alyssa Badua. Despite the final result, she posted 18 points. That's the most points Badua has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Araceli Gonzalez, who earned nine points.

Hamilton pushed their record up to 25-1 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home. As for Granada Hills Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-14.

Hamilton has already played their next game, a 67-47 win against Palisades on the 25th. Granada Hills Charter will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Harbor Teacher at 5:00 p.m. on March 4th. Harbor Teacher will roll in looking for their 15th straight victory, something Granada Hills Charter surely won't give up without a fight.
