Basketball Game Preview: Plattsmouth Blue Devils vs. Wahoo Warriors

Plattsmouth hasn't had much luck against Wahoo recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Blue Devils will head out on the road to challenge the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Plattsmouth has given up an average of 54.4 points per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Plattsmouth lost 68-42 to Arlington on Tuesday. The Blue Devils were down 53-28 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, Wahoo didn't have quite enough to beat Beatrice on Saturday and fell 38-35.

Plattsmouth will have to keep a close watch on Emma Lacey and Karryn Eddie, a pair of players who had a big impact on Wahoo's prior game. Lacey posted nine points, while Eddie put up seven points and eight boards.

Wahoo's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Plattsmouth, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-15.

Plattsmouth took a serious blow against Wahoo in their previous meeting two weeks ago, falling 50-21. Can the Blue Devils avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
