Dorial Green-Beckham, CeeDee Lamb and Trey Quinn among current NFL players on the list.
Video: Marvin Mims highlights
Texas receiver piled up over 2,600 yards last fall.
Mike Mauk and Kevin Kelley have produced many of the most prolific quarterbacks in high school history, so it shouldn't be a surprise that many of the all-time leading receivers also played under these two coaches.
Mauk, as a coach at Kenton (Ohio) and Glendale (Springfield, Mo.), has eight entries in our look at the Top 50 single season totals for receptions and receiving yards below.
Justin Sawmiller appears on the list four times — three times for receptions and one time for receiving yardage.
Kelley, in his time at Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, Ark.), has five entries, including four among the receptions leaders.
Mark McDonagh of Riverside-Brookfield (Ill.) is the all-time leader in receptions with 165, which was set in 2009. Marvin Mims of Lone Star (Frisco) set the new receiving yardage record in 2019 with 2,626 yards.
Only 12 players make both the Top 50 receptions and Top 50 receiving yardage lists for the same season.
Among the current and former NFL players on the list include Dorial Green-Beckham of Hillcrest (Springdale, Mo.), Trey Quinn of Barbe (Lake Charles, La.), and CeeDee Lamb of Foster (Richmond, Texas).
