Basketball Recap: Putnam City Takes a Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Putnam City couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 49-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Choctaw Yellowjackets. The Pirates have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second loss in a row.

Putnam City's defeat dropped their record down to 17-7. As for Choctaw, their victory bumped their record up to 16-10.

As of now, neither Putnam City nor Choctaw have any future games scheduled.
