Volleyball Game Preview: Little Elm Lobos vs. Marcus Marauders

The Little Elm Lobos will head out on the road to challenge the Marcus Marauders at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Little Elm has now lost 12 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since September 2.

On Friday, Little Elm came up short against Guyer and fell 3-1.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-14, 16-25, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Marcus came up short against Flower Mound on Friday, falling 3-0. The Marauders haven't had much luck with the Jaguars recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

While Marcus was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-14, 25-15.

Marcus now has a losing record of 17-18. As for Little Elm, their loss dropped their record down to 12-23.

Little Elm suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Marcus in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Lobos avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
