Recap: Harbor Pirates vs. Gilroy Mustangs
The Harbor Pirates's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their sixth straight loss. Their rough 46-20 defeat to Gilroy might stick with them for a while. Harbor lost against Gilroy in their previous head to head back in November of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 30-26 score last time.
Harbor got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of
Julianne Sanguinetti and
Gillian Hull, who each put up five points.
Harbor has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Gilroy, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Harbor will head out on the road to face off against San Lorenzo Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gilroy, they will be playing at home against Del Mar at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
