Softball Recap: Chandler Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Chandler won against Kiefer on Thursday with one run and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Lions didn't even let the Tecumseh Savages on the board, marking the Lions' second-straight 1-0 shutout. The victory was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on four straight.

The result came thanks to Kennedy Allen's shutout, as she gave up just three hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Chandler saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brenlee Corea, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

Chandler's win bumped their record up to 25-3. As for Tecumseh, their loss dropped their record down to 22-9.

Chandler has already played their next matchup, a 10-0 victory against Roland on the 2nd. As for Tecumseh, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 7-1 win against Skiatook on the 1st.
