Basketball Game Preview: Bloomington Bruins vs. Notre Dame Titans

The Bloomington Bruins are taking a road trip to face off against the Notre Dame Titans at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Bloomington is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They strolled past Rim of the World with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 43-29. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bruins as it spelled an end to their 11-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame entered their tilt with Jurupa Hills on Wednesday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 43-31.

Notre Dame is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Bloomington, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-21.

Bloomington took a serious blow against Notre Dame in their previous meeting last Friday, falling 59-21. Can Bloomington avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
