Softball Game Preview: Northview Titans vs. Centennial Knights + Official Tickets

Northview hasn't had much luck against Centennial recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Titans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Knights at 5:30 p.m. Northview has given up an average of 9.6 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Northview came up short against Johns Creek on Tuesday, falling 18-3.

Alexandria Bombard made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Stella Weaver, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one run.

Meanwhile, Centennial came up short against Roswell on Tuesday and fell 7-2.

Centennial saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maria Mrus, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Northview's defeat dropped their record down to 8-17. As for Centennial, their loss dropped their record down to 8-20.

Northview suffered a grim 14-0 defeat to Centennial in their previous meeting back in September of 2023. Can the Titans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
