After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Vanden, Vacaville was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 64-56 win over the Rodriguez Mustangs. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Mustangs back in January, they had to take a 68-43 loss.

Vacaville's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lula Kifle led the charge by putting up 13 points. Another player making a difference was Gianna L?pez, who posted 15 points.

Despite the loss, Rodriguez still got an impressive performance from Mia Marquez, who earned 23 points. That was a full 41.1% of Rodriguez's points, marking the 14th time in a row Marquez has put up more than a third of the team's points. Leiana Valentine was another key player, posting 13 points.

Vacaville's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Rodriguez, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.
