Basketball Recap: Middletown Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 21-21 at halftime, Middletown was not quite Windsor's equal in the second half on Wednesday. They lost 53-31 to the Windsor Jaguars. The Mustangs just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Middletown now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Windsor, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Middletown and Sonoma Academy will compete for holiday cheer at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Sonoma Academy's defense has only allowed 25.4 points per game this season, so Middletown's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Windsor, they will hit the road for the first time this season to challenge Encinal at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
