Football Recap: Galena Skates Past Afton with Ease

While Galena put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Afton. The Bulldogs blew past the Eagles 41-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Galena now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Afton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Galena will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Riverton on October 3. As for Afton, they will face off against Ketchum at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The match will give the Eagles their first taste of in-conference action this season.
