Softball Recap: Regina Comes Up Short

Regina fell victim to Clear Creek-Amana and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clippers. The loss continues a trend for the Regals in their meetings with the Clippers: they've now lost three in a row.

Regina's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Clear Creek-Amana, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 23-5-1.

Regina wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 7-3 victory against Fairfield on the 27th. As for Clear Creek-Amana, they have also already played their next game, a 12-8 loss against Carlisle on the 28th.
