Baseball Recap: Anderson Comes Up Short

Anderson made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Woodhaven, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Titans fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 5-3 on Monday. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 24, 2024, but that streak is no more.

Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 21-10. As for Woodhaven, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 20 of their last 22 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-4 record this season.

Anderson wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 10-2 loss against Carlson on the 19th. As for Woodhaven, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Mary's Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
