Soccer Recap: Rancho San Juan Comes Up Short

Rancho San Juan and Soledad combined for 14 shots on goal on Wednesday, which explains the impressive nine total goals scored. The Rancho San Juan Trailblazers came up short against the Soledad Aztecs, falling 8-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Trailblazers were already down 4-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Kaylee Hernandez, who's now up to 20 this season.

Rancho San Juan dropped their record down to 9-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Soledad, their victory bumped their record up to 16-2.

Rancho San Juan wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 5-2 loss against Salinas on the 14th. Soledad has also already played their next matchup (against Monterey), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
