Clearfield had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 63-55 victory over the Laurel Highlands Mustangs on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Bison sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Clearfield's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sonny Diehl, who shot 61% from the field on her way to 24 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Diehl is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last six games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Eve Helsel, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and ten rebounds.

Clearfield's victory bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Laurel Highlands, their loss dropped their record down to 19-7.

As of now, neither Clearfield nor Laurel Highlands have any future games scheduled.
