Softball Recap: Sandy Creek Takes a Loss

Sandy Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 17-0 to the Whitewater Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Patriots of the 15-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Sandy Creek's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Whitewater, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sandy Creek will face off against Mary Persons at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Whitewater, they will venture away from home to challenge Starr's Mill at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
