Basketball Recap: Fresno Warriors vs. Roosevelt Rough Riders

Fresno was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 47-38 to the Roosevelt Rough Riders. Roosevelt found their leader in sophomore Nyleigh Gregory, who went 10 of 21 to rack up 29 points in addition to six boards and four steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Gregory has scored at least a third of Roosevelt's points. Auburn Santos was another key player, putting up nine points and three steals.

Fresno's defeat dropped their record down to 10-18. As for Roosevelt, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 19-9.
