Softball Recap: Howard Comes Up Short

After flying high against Baldwin on Thursday, Howard came back down to earth. The Huskies came up short against the Warner Robins Demons on Monday, falling 12-1. The Huskies were not able to make up for their defeat to the Demons from their previous meeting back in August of 2023.

Howard has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season. As for Warner Robins, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-12.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Demons beat Howard by a score of 11-0 later that day.
