Baseball Recap: Long County Gets the Win

Long County was handed an eight-run loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Saturday. They skirted past the Christian Heritage Lions 10-8. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Blue Tide have posted since April 8, 2025.

Long County now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Christian Heritage, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coming up, Long County will head out to challenge Savannah Country Day at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Christian Heritage, they will host Model at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
