Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Carl Junction). Everything went their way against the Nevada Tigers on Wednesday as they made off with  a  23-2 win. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Bulldogs with their most commanding win of the  season.
 Aubrey Lisenbee looked comfortable as she  pitched four innings while giving up just two earned runs off   four  hits.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Kady Hunt, who  went a perfect 4-for-4 with one  home run, seven  RBI,  and four  runs. Another player making a difference was  Kinley Spindler, who  went a perfect 5-for-5 with four  runs, two  stolen bases,  and two  RBI.
 Carl Junction  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .692. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
Carl Junction's victory was  their fourth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 9-3. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Nevada,  they are  on  a  ten-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming  contests. Carl Junction will head out to  take on West Plains  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Nevada, they will venture away from home to  square off against Aurora  at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
