Creekside put their dominant defense on display in the team's fourth consecutive shutout on Friday. They breezed past the Pace Academy Knights to the tune of 55-0. Fans of the Seminoles have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

It was another big night for Cayden Benson, who threw for 454 yards and six TDs while picking up 19.7 yards per attempt. Those six passing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Damien Henderson was Benson's top target, picking up 140 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Creekside proved: they limited Pace Academy to a paltry -0.6 yards per carry. The team can thank Decari Farley for the heroic effort on defense: he. Creekside's ground attack was stronger, having averaged 3.9.

Special teams was a major factor in the game for Creekside, racking up 13 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Henderson, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

Creekside's victory bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Pace Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

Creekside wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 91-0 win against Drew on the 10th. As for Pace Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 27-12 defeat against Midtown on the 9th.
