Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ripley). They blew past the Foyil Panthers 23-1 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won seven matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Ripley's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Foyil, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-13.
Ripley wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 17-0 win against Woodland on the 25th. Foyil does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
