Paydee Smith Game Report: @ Davenport

Paydee Smith gave up the fewest walks she has since back in August on Monday. Davenport had no answer to Smith as she struck out eight batters over 8.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off seven hits (and only one walk). Smith has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.

Looking ahead, Smith and Oilton will square off against Stroud at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Smith had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in August 7-1.
