Softball Recap: Drumright Victorious

Drumright won against Luther on Thursday with three runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. The Tornadoes won by a run and slipped past the Bishop McGuinness Fighting Irish 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tornadoes.

The win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 3-4-1. As for Bishop McGuinness, they dropped their record down to 3-7 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.

Drumright has already played their next match (against Casady), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Bishop McGuinness, they will face off against Kingfisher at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Yellowjackets' pitching crew has only allowed one run per game this season, so the Fighting Irish's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
