Laguna Hills's tournament run continued when they took on Santa Fe on Saturday. The Laguna Hills Hawks fell just short of the Santa Fe Chiefs by a score of 3-2. That's two games in a row now that the Hawks have lost by just one goal.

Laguna Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 4-2-2. As for Santa Fe, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-1-1.

Laguna Hills will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sage Hill at 12:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Laguna Hills' last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Santa Fe will take on Wilson in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
