Basketball Recap: Gettysburg Takes a Loss

Gettysburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 58-46 to the Waynesboro Indians. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 43-27 on January 3rd.

Gettysburg's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Waynesboro, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-8 record this season.

Gettysburg will challenge Greencastle-Antrim at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Gettysburg is facing Greencastle-Antrim at the right time seeing as Greencastle-Antrim is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Waynesboro, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against East Pennsboro at 7:30 p.m.
