Softball Recap: Kirkwood Comes Up Short

Kirkwood came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the St. Francis Borgia Knights, falling 16-1.

Kirkwood's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for St. Francis Borgia, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Kirkwood will head out to square off against Fox at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Francis Borgia, they will host Fatima at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
