Quarry Lane has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season. As for Averroes, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.

Everything came up roses for Quarry Lane against Averroes in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as the squad secured a 44-12 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Quarry Lane since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
