Football Recap: Lutheran Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Lutheran faced off against Gateway Tech on Friday. The Cougars had to suffer through a 33-6 loss at the hands of the Jaguars. The Cougars' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Gateway Tech, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lutheran will venture away from home to take on St. Mary's South Side at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Gateway Tech, they will challenge Confluence Prep Academy/Grand Center Arts Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
