Soccer Recap: West Ranch Comes Up Short

West Ranch lost against Hart back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The West Ranch Wildcats fell just short of the Hart Hawks by a score of 1-0. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 399th, while the Hawks are ranked 43rd).

West Ranch is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8-3. As for Hart, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-5-1.

West Ranch didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 6-1 victory against Golden Valley on the 5th. As for Hart, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 5-0 win against Canyon on the 5th.
